Phase 1: Preliminary Qualification

We believe that open and honest communication leads to an exceptional homebuilding experience. During this phase, we want to get to know you and your goals. We also spend time going through the entire process so that you will know what to expect. The steps in this phase include:

  • Initial conversation with the client to discuss needs and goals
  • Understanding the WCI Custom Builders process
  • Preferred lender introductions
  • Prequalification for financing
  • Preliminary land use research

Phase 2: Construction Agreement

Once you have decided that WCI Custom Builders is the builder for you, a mutually signed Construction Agreement will initiate work on all of the pre-construction requirements. Land use feasibility studies and permitting processes are also offered as optional paid services before reaching a construction agreement.

Phase 3: Construction
